Importing Emails

Is there an easy way to evenly add fresh emails to say 100 projects from a list? All I know of now is copy pasting from my list manually and importing from clipboard to replace project by project.

    right click on project -> modify -> import -> email accoutns

    I meant that ... it automatically allocated 20 emails to each project from a list or evenly distributed.

    Through that method each project would have the same email accounts right?

    depends on the size of your email list. It asks how many to use from the list on each project. If you have more emails then projects * emails-to-insert then it will not use one email twice.
