Gsa Email spider cant seem to harvest emails and collect&test proxies at the same time

I have to collect and test proxies and after it finds enough i can launch the actual spidering. before 7.11 it was possible..

    Problem solved with version 7.13. (not 100% sure its 7.13 or 7.12)
