Email pass changes automatically

My Email pass changes automatically and SER can't login to verify here is the example of the password - C(Ðk¸d ¢;½ my password is different.
 5 min back I have checked all were successfully logging in after that an error comes E-Mail login error for robustviewpoint14@outlook.com: -ERR authentication failed [first appeared at 2014-10-28 18:17]

Pls check what can be the issue.

    once we already talked about this, but i do not remeber what was the issue. I had the same problem and now is gone.

    @Sven this problem is still going on. What is the problem,? What i did wrong?

    do you change the file with any external program?

    no, I have only backup the file and transferred ser and all projects to my VPS, but anyway before transferring projects on my PC  it had the same problem,

    I have this happen to me all the time. Not to sure what causes it but when we edit a project and save, some times the passwords for the emails get changed just like the OP says.

    It does not matter if the project is stopped, running, no projects running. Just not to sure whats causing it.

    the same here. 1-2 email passwords changes to incorrect symbols

    Same issue here i just noticed that all my emails on hundreds of projects the password has changed completely. I have triple checked it and can see when i import a file with emails it changes the passwords

    how do you import? With popup men or in gui?

    found the bug now...finally. It was an invisible space 0xa0 being part of some crypted passwords combinations and then it was cut from ini when reading in again. sorry.

    The problem is now the big clean up will have to start of reimporting all the emails again -- because fixing the bug ony mean it will not change the imported passwords anymore --- but it wont fix those passwords in hundreds of projects that was screwed up because of the bug --- so gonna be busy for some time ...

    Im sorry but there is no way this "bug" can be self corrected.
