How do you test bandwidth of proxies?

How do you test bandwidth of proxies? Like how many 'data flow'/threads they can handle?

Well you can not test that with out software at least.

You have to test them manually.

Use your proxy in browser and do a speed test. There you will see how much they can handle.

Any way how to do it automatically, with a group of let's say 50 proxies at once? (so I can compare it with other group of proxies from a different provider)

I'm sure it can be done but you will have to hire a coder to program something like that.
