Horizontal Resize Not working in windows server 2008 R2

it is a strange issue. I have my VPS with windows 2008 R2.

From Home When I login I could resize the horizontal splitter below the both of the listboxes in the top

but From office notebook I could not resize using the same way.

Home PC Display resolution 1600+

Office Notebook Display Resolution 1300+

Both the systems running windows 8.1

    Try the following:

    1. close SER

    2. edit config.ini file located in AppData folder. Remove the [Posi] section

    3. restart SER

    BTW, Can I ask another question in this thread or should I need to create another one?

    I tried to update the PR from verified lists page from Projects=>Show Urls==> Verified==> click update PR and select the page PR from the dropdownlist. But still the list is updated with domain PR. How to get the Url PR of the verified urls.
