Cpanel is not included, you can however purchase Cpanel for any vendor such as BuyCpanel.com for a minimal price, since we use a virtualized layer the VPS licenses would work perfect for you.

It blows the VPSs I was using from another company!
I got double the config (4GB RAM, 4 Cores CPU vs 2GB RAM, 2 Cores CPU) for the same price (actually cheaper using the 20% discount)
