Do projects pause and unpause?
Let's say I have set a project to pause for 25 submissions in a day.
So it submits 25 links. Then it goes to Active(P).
Now verification happens and SER detects that about half of the submitted links have been removed. So the submitted number goes down from 25 to 12.
Now does the project unpause itself so that it can get back to 25?
If it does not do that, then it would be really great if it for added as a feature. Because with "submissions reached in a day" I have no way of knowing how many of the submitted links will be verified, and with "verifications reached in a day" I risk building too many links.
