Project settings are gone...

Something went really wrong. 
I updated SER and half of my projects lost settings, I mean everything, they are blank, only thing what is left is submitted and verified links. 

Also everything from Global settings is lost, like indexer api proxies etc. EVERY THING.

    thats all stored on c: drive. Maybe it is full and SER was unable to save things?

    Sorry I don't know what it is then. Try having a look manually on the app-data folder where the projects are stored.
