[FEATURE REQUEST] Capcha Sensitivity Per Project Rather than Global

I've been restructuring all my projects on all the VPS's. Basically I have reviewed and moving away from quantity and trying to get quality. Which leads me to request this.
I recently read it on the forum, (I think by SootedNinjas), that it would be a great idea if we can set the Capcha retries, and CB attempt when solving ratio is above xxx, on a PER PROJECT basis rather than global.
The reason for this, is that many are running tiered projects. I'd guess most users are.
SURELY SURELY....it makes sense to have different CB settings for moneysite projects to TIER 5 projects??? On moneysite, you'd want more CB attempts to solve, as well as a lower CB solving rate, while on tier 5, you'd want it to only attempt it once and set a higher solving ratio threshold, so you don't want resources/time on low quality sites...
You may be able to semi achieve the above by using different capcha services, but I'd rather stick to CB than split one set to CB and another to Shani or some other service.

I don't lump my high PR projects with low PRs too. Since high PR sites are hard to come by, you wanna make sure that you are able to post to that sites.
