SER verifying URLs slowly

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
I have a project with 360.000 URLs, and when I try to verify them, SER does it only with 5-10 threads(with or without proxies), which is very slow.
BTW a project with 1000 URLs gets verified faster, with about 30 threads.

@Sven, why is it this way? Is there any way to speed up the verification? Thanks..

    no, I mean right click - show URLs - Verified  -- and then "Verify"

    ahh that one...do you verify urls from more than one project?

    no, both cases are verifying just one project at once
