Stop to test proxies bug

There is a bug for some time, but it only seems to occur after extensive use (maybe 2-3 days without restarting)
If I test my proxies sometimes they go to 0, even though they are working. But it only does this when projects are running. As soon as I stop the Project via large STOP button, then switch back to the Proxies screen and re-test them, then they all suddenly start working again. Of course you can also restart SER to get them working again... It's quite strange, seems the testing part is failing (because they are all definitely still valid even when SER is saying they are not).
