The URLs of the verified list doe not match

Hello All, I recently purchased GSA ser and am currently testing it. I have ran a dummy project and am a little concerned to notice that the urls in the verified list is incorrect. For example, the actual url would be www.anydomain.com/xyz but what i see in the list is www.anydomain.com/xyz|5
I see a pipe character with some random number. Any help on this would be appreciated.

    The |5, that would be the PR with a | separator.
