Page Rank Issues and Captcha

Here are few doubts that requires your clarifications
When we run the project campaign, we find the following notifications always in common :
1. Death by Captcha error – Not Logged in.
2. Decaptcha Error: Undefined error message: (probably down)
3. No targets to post to (may be blocked by search engines, no engines allowing url extraction, no scheduled posting)
How can we solve these issues?
Also, GSA seems to struggle for submission to page rank above four. How can we improve the performance effectively?

    If they are private proxies just stop sending so many requests, set the search frequency in proxy options. If they are public..... 

    Well that really tough one, public proxies that function in google are a pain in the ass to find and burnout quickly.
