Use FCS API for SEO Indexer

Would be nice if you added FCS API to SEO Indexer so SEO indexer can help index  FCS links.

Or would FCS links that get verified by SER automatically get queued for SEO Indexer when SER project option is set to = Send verified link to indexer service

yes, the links would get send to the indexer from SER.
