Send links to top of the queue

I'm don't think that this is already possible, but sometimes I just let both SER and the Indexer run at the same time and wish that there was a way to send certain links to the top of the list. This way when new tier 1 and 2 links are built they won't be behind thousands of others from the other tiers in the queue.
