Custom email accounts needed

Bit of an unusual request...
I need a couple hundred fully customised PVA email accounts created to register PBN sites, using a provided list of fakenamegenerator identities.
I need them created on as wide a range of mail services as possible, to reduce footprint.
I need them all to forward to a given email address, with spam filter disabled.
And if possible, I'd like to get matching social media accounts created for them on facebook, twitter, google+ etc.
It's not a usual request, but I figure that if anyone can help, someone here would know!
