Importing Lists Directly or Using Global Sitelists?

If I have a verified list would it be better to import the list directly (Import Target URLS>From Site Lists>Verified) or run the list off of global site lists in project options?

    Truely, I see no difference, but some says the LPM may be higher when you import list directly to the project but I have tested it several times and can`t see any benefit of it.

    Generally its faster to split a verified list between 3 or so active projects. With just one your always going to see some slow-down. (This has been my experience anyways).

    Running from a global list is good for tiered, longterm, and dripped projects. For a big POW though, personally, I cant promote importing directly enough.
