Hello, my proxy's IPs are listed on Stop forum spam - should I replace them every time they show up in the results?

Sooner rather than later would probably be wise. This is not going to stop you in your tracks, but eventually it will start to impact your success rate. (That is, assuming you continue getting added to more and more blacklists).
