Schedule Posting Problem

Hello,
I have one project (Tier 2) with 7 WEB2.0s different sites. 
I have enable the option "Allow posting on same site again per url".
Maximum posts per account 1  and ±0.
Maximum accounts per site 10 and ±5, as I said is Tier 2 project.

I think that as I scheduled GSA SER posting, must post 1 post per account, but today when I checked the verified urls of the project I saw that many of the WEB2.0s that GSA SER created have 3 or more posts with backlinks to all of my 7 Tiers WEB2.0s.

Is that a bug maybe @Sven can answer this, or is something wrong with my options ?
I have the same problem with serlists @ron and serengines @JAMESE not only when GSA SER scrape for targets !!!
