Emails frozen

I'm trying to import a list of emails on gsa (after deleting a list). Tried both text file and clipboard but once the pop up appears, it won't go any further and freezes. The buttons can be hovered over and clicked but nothing happens, even when pressing x. I have to end gsa on task manager to back out.
