can you please explain to me what exploit sites are?
and is it good to use it in tier 2? is it good to use it at all??

    Well an Exploit is usually a bug in some site/script that can be used by others to get what they want but was never made to be like that. 

    Exploits in SER are not that evil though. The once you see in the default setup are the once where a parameter int he URL produces a backlink. Not that evil at all.
