CPU Load / Memory usage on the status bar

I have this on my other SEO tool and it's useful. I don't have to run the windows resource monitor app when I run this program which is cool when you are on a VPS with limited resources and you want to keep an eye on the available resources while running more than a tool in the same time. We have two options to report on the status bar. We can either report how much resources SER is using or report the resources available on the vps in general. I guess the last one is better.
