Question About GSA Posting Using Proxies

Hi 

I got a question about GSA ser posting using proxies.  If GSA do the posting using dead proxies, is it going to retry posting the same url using good proxies? Like Scrapebox scraping retry?  Does GSA come with retry limits?  or It just skips it?

    GSA is the company name however SER is doing this (3 times in a row before giving up).
