Adding Page Authority from SEOmoz instead of PR

edited January 2013 in Feature Requests
Just throwing out the thought of adding PA instead of PR. From what I know PA won't be blocked for too many requests like PR. Also, they have a plugin for your browser so that can be a way to tie it in.

Another benefit is the PA will be updated or increased before page rank is changed by google. For example a PR of N/A might be a great link and will get a pagerank later but the PA will already be high before the PR increase.

Just a thought...

    Seems pretty pricy though: http://www.seomoz.org/api/pricing

  • Eh, forget about that if you have to pay for it!

I thought it was free. I use a software that pulls PA for free. I was assuming it was free since it had a plugin. http://www.seomoz.org/seo-toolbar

Maybe there is a way to pull the data through the plugin without paying?

I think that API may pull in more data like what are the links pointing, anchor text, etc. All I  care about is the Page Authority.
