Integrating captcha breaker

in GSA Captcha Breaker
Hi guys. Every time I run the "test" on captcha breaker I get an error message saying it is not running or responding. I have tried running both as administrator, I have also tried the "webserver" option but nothing seems to work. 

Can anyone help?

    Well usually it helps if you just run SER as admin. All should work then. Else Im afraid you have to offer access to the PC/VPS in private message so I can have a look.
