seconds to wait before submission

Hi

I configured a  "seconds to wait before submission" as bellow:

[REGISTER_STEP1]

seconds to wait before submission=20

But, the submittion engine is not waiting at all.

I was expecting it wait 20 seconds before to submit.

Do i have to set a "seconds to wait before submission condition" for it to works ?

found my error.

I have a "just download=1" defined, so it wont submit, neither wait..
