Does anyone know what format to use when importing them? They gave me the IP and port. Do I just put in the e-mail password at the end of it and copy/paste it into SER? I am used to buyproxies just sending it in the format I need.
I can't say for certain what you're talking about in regards to the proxies, but it usually isn't recommended you use proxies when checking emails. Email providers don't have a very strict limit on POP3 access from the same IP.
