I am new to gas GSA SER and I need to know the best quality ser urls / links out there that i should buy.

I have tried ser engine but that seem not to have worked for me.

Also is it possible to get SER links relevant to the niche??

    serengines.com offers actually very good web 2.0 links worth every penny but as you tried that already without success I asume you have other problems on your setup instead.

    Anyway you get niche specific links if you use the option to always use one of your projects keywords with the search for target sites (option below the search engine box).

    You may also try FcsNetworker as your 1st tier backlinks and then boost them with GSA SER
