Can I upload any sites with a comments option?

Like it says, I accumulate lists from Google News and Google Alerts. Can I upload the sites to SER and just have SER post my links to them?

    in theory yes, but you will always find s site where the "General Blog Comments" engine is not able to do it. For that case someone has to modify it or create a new engine for that type of site.
