    I'm having the same problem. I allowed the software to update to 1.20 and now it won't work. I can't even get the software to open. I reset my computer hoping that would help and it still doesn't open. Can anyone at GSA give me a new download link? I don't understand what recourse I have here because I can't get the damn software to work now. Please help!!!

    Im sorry, there was some issue with the setup. Please manually download the update and install it.
