when adding (exported) articles which title option do i select?

say if i have a bunch of articles and export them to a  folder then want to reimport them to another project.  when adding from a folder it asks where you want to take the title from - which option should i select by default?

I don't think anyone can answer that for you. Where do you want the titles to be pulled from? First sentence in article? Filename? A file? etc.

There is no best default. You would choose the option that best suits you.

Oh I was unclear.  what I meant is when I manually add an article (via article manager -> add -> enter manually) it has a section called Title.  When I then later export (to save) these manually added articles for later use I don't know where it saves the Title.

Example: 
I manually add 10 articles. 
Then I export those 10 articles to a folder.
When I later want to import/add those articles what option do I select to use the Title I originally entered manually?

Does this make sense?  I want to know where GSA puts the manually entered Title, so I can select that option.
