Do not understand these errors...

There are a couple recurring errors that I've noticed in my campaign and I do not believe I've noticed them before, at least not at the frequency they seem to be appearing now.

Here is the first:

14:15:41: [+] 4697/4888 matches engine General Blogs - http://geeklog.networkcities.net/index.php
14:15:41: [-] 4697/4888 required variable "url" was not used in form.

And the second:

14:15:38: [-] 280/328 required variable "your e-mail" was not used in form.

As you can see the errors are similar.   Can someone tell me what this all means?   I can definitely confirm that my campaign is setup with ~30-35 working email addresses and the URL's are properly entered, so I am assuming this means something totally different.

    that has nothing to do with your setup being wrong or alike. It's because that site is somehow not as expected and has no input field for the email or url and is rejected then.
