G Scraper Help

Hi,

I have just bought G scraper. I have entered my download key and downloaded the Zip file. When I click extract all and click on the "Gscraper" app button it says "Windows cannot access the specified device, you may not have the appropriate permissions to acess the item."

I am running this as administrator and still get the same problem?

Any ideas?
