GSA descriptions in polish and german

in the german and polish boxes you recommend to translate? or it can be posted in english? 

Also it matters if i use more char than recommended, i ignore the warning gsa give me, this will make wrong submissions?

You should use the translation for that. The translation might not be perfect but better than English. Having a longer description than the required one is OK as it will be cut to the correct length during submission. However you should not ignore the "too short" warning as this might be extended to the correct length during submission and it might not look natural (some sentences are doubled to get to the correct length).
