Diversify PR values within single project

Hi,
needles to say once more, excellent job...
When we setup a project to build high PR links in order to diversify PR, I clone the project and adjust the second project 'skip sites bellow PR' value at a lower value (PR0, PR1). It looks more normal.
Could this be implemented with two additional numbers in each project.
One to specify how many (in %) of the links to be bellow the cutoff PR value and the second would be the new cutoff value (PR0, PR1...).
In that way we could accomplish the same result within one project.
