Link list seller are killing the effectiveness of SER?

Whats your thoughts about this?, is more common now to get all your link into the trash at the end of the most since most of the site now get overspammed quickly as all of these lists get posted of public forums and ppl hammer it like there is not tomorrow.

    the guys killing it the most for everybody are those retards buying gsa ser because they think it's the magic bullet for their seo, being not able to rank with it and then submitting all the links they created to the disavow tool.  you guys rock! :)>-
