SER is not building any link

Guys can any one help me too solve this issue.SER is not building any link from last 2 hour..

I am using paid list and buyproxy.

    i got the reason..

    Proxy is not the issue , main issue is list..

    list is really really bad and its just rleased list..

    really horrible..

    Anyway i got the solution..
