Show remaining Target Url is empty but still getting verified list

So  i am trying to build a new target list with the old verified lists. Scrapped with Scrapebox. Then created a new project with filters applied and then added the list ( scrapped with SB ) using "import target urls from file". 

I see that i have "2014-09-11 03:31: No targets to post to (no search engines chosen, no scheduled posting) [first appeared at 2014-09-11 01:52]" message for the project and when i check the "Show remaining Target URLS" i see none there .. but still i see that the verified list is increasing. 

When do i figure this out that the GSA SER has finished doing its work ??

Any thoughts ??

    In all likelihood GSA is verifying links in your submitted list already. So your not making new links; your confirming the existence of links you created earlier.
