Link building on wordpress blog with many posts

I have wordpress blog and I post about 10-15 post daily, How can I rank those post. Should I just create link to my main domain or ?? any opinion?

    Click the edit button next to the URL field in the project settings

    You can then use the RSS feeds from your blogs

    just one question about that
    isn't using the the site's rss feed a lot in link building can make the site slow in future?
    hope you can clear that for me coz more than once i'v heard that from people using wordpress
