ERROR ON GSA UPDATE

Hi guys, can you please help me figure out how to fix this error,..

The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program.

    It's usually an A/V or something blocking the download from completing and causing that problem. There have been other people with this issue and disabling the a/v or adding an exception would help.

    You can also try downloading the software from the official website. There are new mirror links available there.

    Should I need to ask our IT guy to enable the A/V? So this can be fixed.

    No, I'm saying do the opposite and disable the A/V or better yet would be to add an exception. 

    If that doesn't work go here and look here under the download button it says "mirror" http://search-engine-ranker.gsa-online.de/

    You should be able to download it from there and hopefully it will fix the issue.

    Thank you. I just run it as administrator then it successfully updated the software. Ver 8.94-99
