How many submissions, verified do you often need to rank your website?

    Excuse me but you are the only one who can answer your questions.
    It depends on your niche, your competitors and competition. If you believe that you can just pay for GSA SER and CB and blast backlinks like  a crazy and you will rank, you are wrong.
    It takes a lot of analysis.

    I just went up to 50% exact match anchors, seemed to have a much stronger effect that 30%. Try and play with that too instead of thinking about how many verified.

    You can either backlink your backlinks or use an indexer service. I use theincredibleindexer.com

    Im using GSA indexer , quick indexer mode and I checked one thing too on the gsa indexer

    I don't think the GSA indexer is very powerful. Try using both methods I suggested together. You can set GSA to make 5 accounts with 1 post on each account on your Tier2 links, that way you will have 5 backlinks pointing to your backlinks.
    Then send everything to theincredibleindexer.

    I am using GSA _Indexer too and i agree that is not very powerful.
    If you have Quick indexer mode than do not expect much or anything. run it at full mode.
