GSA URL Redirect PRO vs. GSA SER

Hey @Sven...couple of newbie questions for you:

I don't know much about 301 redirects. What purpose do they serve and why would I purchase Redirect PRO when I already own GSA SER (not being smart butt, I seriously don't know)?

Also, are 301 redirects safe to use on important moneysites, or are they used more at Tier 2 level or on "churn and burn" type sites?

Sorry, I'm pretty clueless about the product and what the purpose is. I'm not sure if I need it or not.

    Both are totally different SEO concepts. The one SER uses is more natural than the other but it's up to you what you want.
