"Type of backlinks to create" setting (Contestuals)

I wonder if this setting of "Type of backlinks to create" is right or not (this is a CONTESTUAL project).

Somebody in the past tod me to set it in this way, but I'm not sure if it's right or if it's better to leave all them ticked as default.

How guys do you set this box, for contestuals projects?
