SER no obeying thread counts

IDk whats going on with ser lately as i have set up my thread count to 100+ but it just stay between 50-90 varying, why is this happening?

usually because it has not enough targets to post to.

Does this for me on trackbacks all the time. Even with 500K+ target urls.
