Do you guys use the same articles in tier 3 as tier 2?

I have 5 articles in tier 2 in spintax. Is it ok to use these same articles in tier 3?

    Usually I use (all in spintax format) 10 article for T2, other 10 for T2S and other 20 for T3. But the T3 articles are lower quality with higher level of spintax. KM or SCM or WORDAI all have the option of  create article for T2 or T3

    personally I just add fresh spintax articles from WAC in the lower tiers only takes 10 minutes to do
