results outside search parameters

I have a problem. I am trying to keep my results very speciffic - only to posts from my country but somehow, GSA finds A LOT of sites and pages outside my search limitations. Currently I am:
- using only keywords native to my language
- filtering out results from other languages or countries

All this is to no avail - i am getting lots of posts that should be filtered out. What can i do?

these are just some "stray" entries. Dont get me wrong, there are a lot of valid entries in the logs, but a lot of sh**** like the above posted. 

It feels as i dont really have as good a control over GSA as it should.. (my feeling)

what options do you use to get new targets?

keywords: romania, timisoara, bucuresti, cluj, constanta, focsani

put keywords in quotes

options -> google.ro and msn.ro

options -> skip sites from the following countries : all except ro

options -> skip sites from the following languages : all except ro

im trying a new approace now, with somewhat more success: 

custom search engine with:

https://www.google.ro/search?q=%search%&amp;num=100&amp;safe=off&amp;source=lnt&amp;tbs=lr:lang_1ro&amp;lr=lang_ro

is sintax ok?

even with this, i still get sh******  but a lot less. btw, i have deleted all lists and prevented gsa from making new onses. only new searched entries...
