Question on adding tier 1 web 2.0s to create tier 2

I created about 10-15 tier 1 web 2.0's manually, and I want to use this on GSA SER to create tier 2. When importing the urls, should I add the the url on same project? or created different project for different urls? btw I searched on the forum already but didn't get the answer.

I make a separate project for each web 2.0 URL, takes a little longer but is a better approach IMO.

What about the site list? do you split them or use same for all?
