They are submitted, just not verified. SER is probably waiting on the emails to arrive in the inbox so it can verify and login/etc.
Keep in mind, just because a submission was successful doesn't mean that it will become a verified link. Some websites will disable sign ups or the email will bounce, etc and never show up.
