How many links to a new site homepage

Hi

I have a new site (new domain), just landing page up for now, rest in a few days (200 pages +)

How many links should i build to the landing page to start with?

I am using the Asia Virtual Solutions 7 tier data pack

    im guessing 20 a day? and then ramp it up over time?

    Personally if it is a brand new site I will do around 5 +/- 2 at first .... but i like to play safe :)
