GSA SER public proxy scraper bug (I think)

Hi guys,

A few days ago I started to use the public proxy scrape feature and I encountered some problems.If SER test it automatically finds everytime 8 working proxies but if I test manually same scraped proxies the result is around 500 working proxies.I use the "Test against Google (search)" when I test it manually.
I do something wrong?
